If you would like to return merchandise purchased from Upchurch Scientific, please fill out the return form below. Any product returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase date or a re-stocking fee will be assessed.

If you are returning an Upchurch Valve, please print out the form provided here and return it with your Valve. Please note, that you will still need to contact Upchurch Scientific Customer Service prior to the return.
